3. Consult rates and conditions for groups and long stay;

4. Apartment categories and rates subject to availability;

5. Check-in: from 14:00 h / Check-out: until 12:00 h;

6. Rates subject to availability;

7. Services included: breakfast, wifi, cable TV, parking, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fitness room;

8. The above rates are not valid for special event periods. On this occasion, dynamic rates will apply;

9. Payment method: Cash, card or billing (upon registration and credit approval);

10. The above rates will be valid until 12/31/2020.
